Abstract :
The practical method in Six-Sigma is introduced in the paper. The alternative application of Quality Function Deployment is applied for revealing the relationship between test cases and requirements of a mobile phone and it is an innovative approach for mobile phone compliant analysis for the mobile requirements. The set of test cases is a practical tool for evaluation of mobile phone quality for both carriers and vendors. Tractable results are obtained by using a linear algebra and matrix calculus that enable us to determine the optimized set of test cases.
