Abstract :
This paper addresses the battery aware task scheduling problem for the necessary granularity range within which battery aware methods are efficient. A control-step based battery aware task scheduling (CSbBATS) algorithm is proposed to achieve better performance on battery cost reduction than iterative algorithm (Khan and Vemuri, 2005), while has much less CPU run time
