Abstract :
A switched-capacitor (SC) biquad band-pass filter for very low-voltage applications is designed and fabricated in 1mum CMOS process, which can operate at 1V supply voltage, consuming 287muW at room temperature. In the SC filter circuit proposed, a novel rail-to-rail operational amplifier is used to obtain the maximum dynamic range. The band-pass filter has BW-3dB=101Hz at its central frequency of 376Hz
