Abstract
We propose a portable traveling navigation system to guide the blind to the desired destination, and apply it to the traveling training system. A microcomputer carried by a traveller calculates a traveling locus using the traveling distance and direction and compares it with the stored traveling route. Based on the compared results the appropriate guide voices are given to the traveller
