The role of failure mode and effect analysis in verifying the purpose of knowledge management

Development of various techniques sin new century quickly, the speed of innovation creation, progress of efficiency as a result of two previous factor emphasis in this two issues that organizations and structures should control their systematic and management deficiencies by a concentrated system and by knowledge from outside to inside of the organization, so that they can continue their works in the field of competition with others. In the field of services and production activity issues like intensity, competition and raising of expectance and evolutions of technology cause raising of producer´s commitment in the field of removing production´s defects and wiping out any kinds of defects and deviation in performance. In this research, one of the quality management´s techniques Failure mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is considered as a systematic way for identifying and avoiding the occurrence of the problems so that optimize the process and production and in turn this cause decrease in the cost and then the purpose of knowledge management has been met.
