Abstract :
In vivo characterization of buttock soft tissue was performed. Four characteristic parameters of soft tissue loading response were extracted from the quasi-linear viscoelastic (QLV) model and were compared. The results showed that the method, using the computer automated seating system and the QLV model, is suitable for studying buttock tissue properties in vivo across different populations
