Abstract :
A novel CMOS current reference with low temperature and supply sensitivity has been designed in Hynix 0.5mum CMOS process. By using the compensation of the negative and positive temperature-coefficient currents, the current reference achieves a temperature-coefficient of 140 ppm/degC over the temperature range from -40 degC to +125 degC and a low supply voltage coefficient. The proposed circuit has a simple structure and only consumes 10muA at room temperature
