  • Abstract
    This paper summarizes the experience of the EMC laboratory of INRiM in the calibration of electrostatic discharge (ESD) generators. A description of the measurement set-up is followed by the calibration result analysis. The goal of this work is to put in evidence some critical aspects involved in the calibration procedure and to suggest future improvement of the measurement set-up.
