Abstract :
To meet the requirements of power management ICs such as PWM controller and APFC, a 90dB error amplifier with a unity frequency of above 10MHz was proposed and realized. The supply voltage of the amplifier was between 12V and 18V. And its layout design was also discussed. The highlights in the amplifier architecture lay in its special BCD technology especially the use of bipolar transistors. Besides, its power efficient strategies were also analyzed and discussed in detail
