Abstract :
In real life people tend to choose the ideal locations to dwell in and the characteristic can be called addressing behavior. It is certain that some positions´ probabilities of being chosen are bigger than the others´ then their probabilities of be developed firstly are relatively higher. By taking Wuhan city as an experiment region the paper establishes a framework of the urban residential land extension model based on MAS theory to simulate the house-buyers´ addressing behavior automatically. The house-buyer agents can move in the simulant grid urban environment to search and choose the ideal housing locations and relevant arithmetic is designed to implement the process of house-buyers agents´ automatic addressing behavior. The experiment outcome verified that using the arithmetic each house-buyer agent can search only within a certain scope then the cycle operation to the whole grid environment is unnecessary , as a result the model running speed increases.
