Abstract :
The effect of transdermal energy on the fluxes of Tetracaini Hydrochlordum (TH) and Naproxenum is studied to explore the low voltage electroporative technique. The results show that: (1) the drug´s transdermal energy will create a saturation; (2) the F/E value declines as time extends; and (3) the effect of electroporation is concerned with energy and the drug´s characteristics
