Abstract
An application of an energy measure of fuzziness to the alignment of QRS complexes of the ECG signal for averaging and R-R interval measures is presented. The investigations were conducted for SNR from -15 to 20 dB. The precision of QRS waves localization was slightly worse that the highly precise Fourier Shift Method. The primary advantage of the present method is its computational simplicity, which allows the method to be used for computer analysis of ECG signals, e.g, exercise, monitoring and Holter systems
