Abstract :
Undoubtedly simulation can help managers to enhance their decisions since it provide an opportunity to understand complex systems. In the case of quality control activities, simulation can be used to assist quality control managers to determine the cost involved to implement a specific quality control policy. Having said all that, one of the most challenging problems faced by the simulation modelling developer is the verification and validation aspects. This paper considers the model developed by [1] and explains a solution methodology carried by the authors to deal with the verification and validation aspects of the developed simulation model.
