Abstract :
In this paper, a technology is proposed to extend the bandwidth of limiting amplifier in CMOS process. The simulated and measured results proved that a coplanar transmission line terminated in a short circuit can realize an inductor in CMOS process, and it can extend the bandwidth of limiting amplifier extremely. Furthermore, the inductors made of transmission line can replace the spiral inductor in CMOS integrated circuits when operating frequency is below 10 GHz
