Abstract :
This paper presents a voltage-mode allpass section employing only one differential difference current conveyor transconductance amplifier (DDCCTA) and one capacitor. The pole frequency of the filter can be controlled electronically by the transconductance value via adjusting the bias current of the DDCCTA. For realize filtering function, no component-matching conditions are needed. Simulation results using TSMC 0.35 μm CMOS process are performed to examine the proposed circuit. From simulation results, the proposed filter offers agree well with the proposed theory.
