Abstract :
Aiming at the problems existing in present voltage and reactive power control device of substation, PSV601 voltage and reactive power integrated control system is presented in the paper. The PSV601 system takes the local balance of voltage and reactive power by shunt capacitor equipment and on load tap changer. It can maintain the high voltage passing rate and assure the power factor which can realize transmission and service of electrical energy economically. It has wide range of applications and a number of operating mode for users to choose with a friendly interface. During the operation in the substation, the control strategy can be modified. Though choosing control strategy freely, it can realize the adjustments of voltage priority or reactive power priority expediently. Comparing with Conventional VQC systems, it can solve the problem which the action strategy is not fit for the actual situation.
