Abstract :
To solve uneven distribution of load currents and thermal stresses among the paralleled power modules, load share control technique was introduced in this paper. And a system solution based on the automatic master-slave control strategy was proposed. And then a controller IC was designed to realize the strategy. Measurement results showed that a good load share was achieved using the IC. At full load, the load share error could be controlled within 1% during 450mS
