Abstract :
In this paper we proposed a chaotic beamforming algorithm based on the optimization of the LMS algorithm using chaos theory, for the circular antenna array´s radiation pattern synthesis. The goal of the beamforming algorithm´s optimization using chaos theory is the fast adaptation of the antenna array radiation pattern on the concrete combination of received signals´ angles of arrival, their most precise possible assessment, the setting of radiation diagram´s deep nulls in the interfering signals´ direction, the reduction of the radiation diagram´s main lobe width, and the reduction of the side lobes.
