Abstract
An electric analog model of the possible interactions between cardiac and respiratory oscillations is presented. Two oscillators (called dog and fox) are connected to the inputs of a numerical exnor to give a qualitative simulation of the behavior of the correspondent physiological systems under normal conditions. An effective decoupling of the two oscillators with the shift of the characteristic frequencies is shown.<>
