Abstract
We propose a solution for recognizing driving events by hidden Markov models. We believe that temporal patterns of driving events could be used to support the driver in executing a number of driving navigation tasks. In this paper we demonstrate recognition of driving events using hidden Markov models. Recognized events can further used to provide long-term predictions of driving events
