Abstract
We developed a noise reduction method for a digital hearing aid. In order to utilize the comb filter method for noise reduction, a detection method of fundamental frequency of human voice is developed using the time continuous property of spectrum envelopes, and the suppression methods of strange sounds accompanying the filtering are also developed. Performance of the noise reduction was verified by test hearing. We conclude that the proposed method is effective for noise reduction of the hearing aid
