Abstract :
With the wanton spread of the global financial turmoil in 2008 ,the majority enterprises in China have been the impact in great degrees, including Apple industry. In this context, it is an urgent need to address many problems of Apple industry in order to obtain stable development. And organizational innovation is the effective measures to sustainable development and transforming itself.Based on the existing literature for organizational innovation motivation, through OIM questionnaires, by factor analysis, based on the analysis of data reliability and validity of the test, it recognizes organizational innovative motivation of Apple´s industry leading enterprises, and builds the motivation model by evidence. The inner motivations are corporation strategy, organizational scale and business culture, and the external motivations are technology promotion, market demand and government regulation. Then, it analyses the relationship between organizational innovation inner motivations and external motivations, and studies the coupled action mechanism between them.
