Abstract :
The association and restriction among storage, transportation, demand and distribution process of petroleum products lead to shortage of product storage or imperfect vehicle arrangement without reasonable scheduled solution. Moreover, the cost of transportation, distribution and management would increase dramatically. In this paper, the scheduling model of the storage and transportation network from refinery to depot to gas station is developed according to these factors, instead of the model only between depot and gas station. A method combined heuristic and directed graph is proposed to solve this model and is proved to be valid.
