Abstract :
Modeling and simulation for joint operation material support system (JOMSS) can establish a universal conception framework for knowledge exchange in the domain of material support, describe the process of material support comprehensively, analyze its performance index, reengineer the process and optimize the resources, and enhance the system´s effectiveness. A conceptual model is developed based on ontology and a comprehensive analysis of JOMSS. Taken the conceptual model as the reference, a federation framework is constructed for joint operation material support and a federation object model is designed for the simulation system. Applied the corresponding tools, federates for the separate event, the continual event and the decision are developed. Thus finally a joint operation material support simulation system is developed.
