Abstract :
As the "killer weapon" of future informationization war, Informationization Materiel System (IMS) has plentiful information technology, complex system configuration and high reliability requirement. The prominent characteristics of IMS and the primary methods of reliability prediction are analyzed. The upper limit and lower limit method adapted to reliability prediction of complex material system is given and the reliability of a certain IMS is predicted with this method.
