Abstract :
At KRISS we have recently developed a quantum Hall resistance (QHR) standard system adopting a cryogenic current comparator bridge, a He-3 cryostat with a 12 T superconducting magnet, and a home-made air bath with a temperature stability of 23.000°C ± 0.005°C. The performance of the system was verified by calibration of a standard resistor 100 Ω against the QHR at plateau i = 2, RH(2). The combined relative measurement uncertainty (k = 2) is estimated to be about 3.8×10-9.
