Abstract :
Presents a set of computational tools, using hybrid systems with numerical routines and techniques of intelligent systems, to assist the operators of the CESP in the reestablishment of the transmission system. These computational programs harmoniously execute a series of procedures that will lead to the production of a restoration plan. The final product of this research could be used in the centers of operation of the system, assisting the operator during emergency situations, and as tool of learning for undergraduate and graduate students
