Abstract :
This paper proposes a method to estimate the Integral Non-Linearity of A/D-converters from the lower order output Fourier coefficients of a sinusoidal input. In order to get a high quality estimate, the lower order Fourier coefficients have to be stabilized with respect to the rounding operation of the A/D-converter. For this we use a computationally efficient and easily applied method named wobbling
