Abstract :
Since the disposal of waste household electrical appliances has caused tremendous concentration in recent years, a relative reverse logistics system planning has become into a matter of great urgency in Liaoning province. This study utilizes a new recycling system pattern as well as a mixed integer programming model under the analysis of prospect, total amount, supplying and demanding conditions and influencing factors in recycling market, which aims to optimize the infrastructure design and the reverse network flow. The proposed model attempts to minimize the total cost including fixed cost for new facilities, transportation cost, disassembly cost, reproduction cost, renewal cost, distribution cost and final treatment cost. Finally an example is given to examine the model and demonstrate a solution with the help of Benders analyzing method and computer programming, which provides helpful reference for the government to make regulations and public policies about the recovery and environmental issues.
