Abstract :
Many problems exist with the logistics flow from industry enterprise to commercial enterprise, such as repeated palletizing and stowing, efficiency bottleneck with entering and leaving the warehouse, large possibility of goods drop and dilapidation, much consumption of manpower etc. Referring to the advantages of RFID technology, such as long distance and non-touch recognition, large storage and identification of kinetic object, the paper constructs a pallet-throughout closed-loop system based on RFID between industry enterprise and commercial enterprise, and puts forward some advice on how to actualize and optimize this system. It offers an effective method to resolve the above problems of supply chain and it is feasible and flexible for different products which need to be transported from industry enterprise to commercial enterprise.
