Abstract :
The new harmonic suppression method based on the phase characteristics of plasma is presented. The simulation results prove the better performance of the new plasma filter in harmonic suppression. The peak S21 value of the third harmonic of the new filter is about 18.5dB lower than that of the traditional one and the new filter also performs more effectively in suppression of other harmonics and clutters.
