Abstract
This paper instigates a design for packet switching using all optical wavelength conversion technique in DWDM network. It integrate an arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) as its core switching matrix to manage packet switch traffic within the optical network with all optical wavelength converter using cross phase modulation SOAs
