Abstract :
Classical TOPSIS method is widely used as a simple calculation, reasonable assessment, and flexible application method. However this method has a shortcoming: it can not rank the point in the perpendicular of the ideal point and negative ideal point. Improved VIKOR algorithm can not rank the point of the same distance to the ideal point. The improved algorithm Angle measurement method only consider the angle between the two solutions without considering the length of the difference,. So this paper present a new method to solve the problem in the multiple attribute decision making based on relative entropy.
