Abstract :
Simulation on the micro-plasma discharge driven by AC bipolar scan waveform using 2D multi-fluid model is achieved. More ultraviolet light emission from the new waveform, and adapted voltage slope from negative to positive polarity can improve the discharge currents then enhance the luminance in plasma display application
