Abstract :
Some improvement has been made to previous coaxial cylindrical cell and the residual capacitance in the electrode system can be negligible. The cell constant can be determined by the capacitance of the cell in air. The new cell is more stable both in construction and performance. With this system an uncertainty of 0.1% can be obtained in measuring conductivity of aviation fuel and other liquid.
