Abstract :
A microlens array formed by thermal reflow is attached to an OLED (organic light emitting diode) device and the light extraction efficiency can be enhanced. The efficiency improvement is simulated by a ray-tracing algorithm and is greatly influenced by adjusting the area ratio and the height ratio
