Abstract :
Preliminary results are presented on the problem of regulating nonlinear systems by output feedback, using Lyapunov-based techniques. Sufficient conditions for the global stabilization of the observed states via dynamic output feedback are obtained, assuming that such stabilization is possible using full state feedback. Some simple examples are included to illustrate the approach used
