Abstract
E-commerce started with innovations in IT systems and business models to achieve competitive advantages. In this paper, we apply model integration methodology in innovation analysis, based on constructing a framework analyzing the relationships of various analysis models for technology adoption, with a case study on radio frequency identification (RFID) technology adoption analysis. Nowadays, RFID technology is a popular topic in Hong Kong. It emerges to improve the efficiency of supply chain and logistics operations. This paper presents the efforts in applying an integration framework for evaluating emerging technologies like RFID in supply chain management and e-commerce.
