Abstract
Optimization on the arrival and departure lines of passenger traffic special line is a programming problem where multiple objectives need to be achieved. The passenger traffic special lines possess characteristics like "great security, high speed, high density, good on-time rates, well-organized". The model is a mixed bilevel integer programming. Convex combination algorithm is effective to programming, when the penalty function is added to objective function. Finally the case study verifies the effectiveness of algorithm.
