Abstract :
A low-noise wide-dynamic-range analog front-end (AFE) is designed for portable biomedical applications. The proposed AFE circuit is fabricated in 0.35 mum CMOS technology. Dissipating 675 muW from a 3 V supply, the AFE delivers gains of 58 dB and 76 dB at bandwidths of 212 Hz and 77 Hz, respectively. It also achieves an input common-mode range of 0-2 V. The measured input-referred noise is 70 nV/radicHZ and the input-referred dc-offset is 7 muV.
