Abstract :
The authors consider the deterministic control problem for a class of nonlinear uncertain dynamical systems. This class of systems, obtained by a generalization of a certain structural condition on the uncertainties in the mathematical model, is an extension of a class previously considered. The generalization makes it possible to deal with some systems whose dynamics contains a term which depends on the square of the control in addition to an affine term. Global practical stabilisability is considered. The results are illustrated with an example
