Abstract :
The paper introduces a new type of lining and cutting system: the profile lining-cutting robot system based on offline program. The system adopts a modular design method, which makes the huge system´s hierarchy clear and makes the system easy to design and repair. The system adopts the offline program technology without teach, and it can measure and compensate every profile´s deformation automatically, so it is suit to process any batch of profiles, and the order of processing different profiles can be arranged at will. The mission-input method is simple and does need not a program in any form. After the input mission, the system can arrange the process sequence automatically. There are few papers about cutting robot systems, so the success of the system has very important reference value for the design of industrial robot systems
