Abstract :
This paper has discussed the spare parts purchasing risk of Shanghai Bao Steel Equipment maintenance Co, LTD with a series of quantitative methods including AHP method, Cluster Combine analysis method and etc. In this paper, we attempt to identify and evaluate each purchasing risk in this company. In addition, we have given different risk control methods to each sum-up kind of risks according to its characteristic of effect and probability.
