Abstract :
There are several important commercial market sectors for GaAs MMIC circuits. Among these are Commercial Telecommunications, Consumer Electronics, Industrial Instrumentation, Computer Interconnection (Wireless LAN´s), and Personal Communications. This paper describes some of our experience at Pacific Monolithics in participating in this emerging market place.
