Abstract :
Rapid and pervasive environmental change has challenged the survival of firms and their ability to sustain competitive advantage. Firms in such a rapid change environment develop strategic plans that typically identify numerous specific change requirements (i.e., projects). The strategic plan is expected to establish a sustainable competitive advantage for the firm. Yet a perfect strategic plan is meaningless without its effective implementation
