Summary form only given. Since 1984, the technology market has formally become one of the important markets of production factor in China. It has been one part of China´s uniting and opening up market system and has become bridges and ties for the unity of science, technology and economy. After over ten years´ development, China has gradually formed a unified technology market in which three systems, the administration system, the operation system and the law system, have formed an organic whole. Now an integrated, distinct and criss-cross administration system with Chinese characteristics for technology market has basically formed, including technology contract law system, technology market administration system and technology supporting system. In this paper, the regression analysis method, which has causality and analyzing function for various factors, is adopted to forecast the developing of technology market. Other methods are also used to make comprehensive analysis and comparison so as to amend the forecast results further
