Qualitative of productivity gains with incorporation of technological innovation “The case of TELPA company”

Summary form only given. This paper shows the important gains of productivity that the TELPA telecommunications company obtained with the incorporation of technological innovations in its productive process. The authors concentrated their study in terms of productivity gains with the necessary physical area for installation, climatization, energy, labor, reliability of the system, engineering etc., without questioning the merit of whom, or which center of R&D had preceded the invention, resulting later on in the technological innovation that has been revolutionizing the telecommunications sector positively in the whole world
