Abstract :
In the supply chain management, main manufactures attach increasing importance to their partnerships´ effect. In order to select partnerships properly, certain attributes of the partnerships should be carefully analyzed. A latent vector method is adopted to solve the weights of these attributes, so that every attributes important degree is determined. Then the priority sequencing of partnerships can be determined through using a TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method for multi-object decision making. A simulation example shows implementing procedures and effectiveness of the proposed methods
