Abstract :
A novel push-push oscillator using H-slot DGS resonator and CRLH-TL is presented. This triple-fold frequency push-push oscillator is composed of two active sub-circuits built on top side of double transmission lines and an H-slot built on the bottom side. Nonlinear phase slope of CRLH-TL provides that the fundamental oscillation is suppressed by -60dBc. The proposed push-push oscillator shows the output power of 11.5 dBm at 6.13 GHz and the phase noise of-128dBc/Hz at 1MHz offset.
