Abstract :
This paper suggests a new multiband loop antenna for 5G mobile communication service. To overcome the sensitivity issue from the existing slot antenna, this paper suggests a newly designed multiband loop antenna. This metal loop antenna consists of a wireless fidelity antenna, a global positioning system antenna, and a diversity antenna. To evaluate the antenna characteristics, a simulation and its analysis are done. The simulation results show this metal loop antenna satisfies general requirements for commercial use.
